HISTORY
peptides&elephants was founded in 2001 as a spin-off from the German Institute for Nutrition in Potsdam-Rehbrücke (DIfE) and the Berlin University Medical School Charité. Five founding entrepreneurs with backgrounds in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, engineering and business management developed their idea of an innovative enterprise in the stimulating environment of the Fraunhofer Institute for Biomedical Technology and the German Institute for Nutrition. peptides&elephants has now grown into a biotechnology service company that develops automatic high-parallel synthesis devices and provides its customers with a broad range of products and services in peptide and antibody technology.
