Human MYH9 of peptide QLFNHTMFI covering 478-486 and HLA-A*02:01 molecule. The peptide recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. QLFNHTMFI is a linear peptidic epitope (epitope ID51342) studied as part of Myosin-9 from Homo sapiens (human). This epitope has been studied for immune reactivity, tested in T cell assays and MHC ligand assays.
